We receive messages about a range of topics. Here is how to get the most useful response depending on your question.
If you have found an error in our content: tell us which page, what the error is and any source you can point us to. We check corrections carefully before updating and will usually respond to confirm what action we took.
If you are trying to choose between platforms: give us some context. What is your goal, how much time do you have per week, and what is your budget? Generic questions get generic answers. Specific ones get more useful replies.
If you have a question about distance education in Spain specifically: mention whether you are looking at formal accreditation (UNED, official degrees) or informal skill-building. These have different answers.
If you work for an online learning platform and want to discuss your service: we are open to hearing about significant new features or programmes that would be useful to our readers. We do not accept payment for editorial coverage or placement in comparison tables.
