1. Who We Are

ZasysdalimLearn operates the website zasysdalim.eu, an editorial resource that reviews and compares online learning platforms. Our contact address is info@zasysdalim.eu.

2. What Data We Collect

This is a static informational website. We do not operate user accounts, membership systems or contact forms. The data we may collect is limited to:

• Server access logs automatically generated by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit). These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and performance purposes.
• Email addresses sent to us voluntarily by visitors who contact us at our email address. These are used solely to respond to the message and are not retained beyond the period necessary for that purpose.
• Cookie preference choices stored in your browser's localStorage (described below).

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage, not cookies, to store a single preference: whether you have accepted or declined our cookie notice. This is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

The value stored is a simple string ("accepted" or "rejected") keyed as "cookie_choice". It has no expiry and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies or any third-party cookie services. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar services.

4. How We Use Information

Access log data is used only to diagnose technical problems with the site and to understand aggregate traffic patterns (for example, which pages are most visited). This data is never used to identify individual visitors, sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

Email addresses received through direct contact are used only to reply to the message. We do not add contacts to mailing lists, share contact details with third parties or retain information beyond the period needed to resolve the correspondence.

5. Third-Party Services

Images on this site are hosted by Wikimedia Commons (wikimedia.org) and loaded directly from their servers. When your browser loads an image, Wikimedia's servers may log your IP address in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at Wikimedia Foundation Privacy Policy.

This site uses Google Fonts, loaded from Google's servers. When fonts are requested, Google may log connection data. See Google Privacy Policy. To avoid this, you can disable external fonts in your browser settings.

We do not use any other third-party services, tracking tools or embedded content from social media platforms.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a resident of the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access personal data we hold about you.
• The right to correction of inaccurate data.
• The right to deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten").

7. Data Security

Our hosting infrastructure uses standard security practices including HTTPS encryption. Server access logs are stored on secured infrastructure. Email correspondence is handled through a standard business email provider with encryption in transit.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
